The best way I can describe it is the divide between people who are up to date with all of the technological advances and those who are not. Whether it is though the use of a smart phone or the use of a computer or another type of technical device, whereas the people who do not have access to these types of media, people who rely on more traditional media such as, newspapers, books, and magazines would be on the opposite side of the digital divide.
